APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA); Division of Product Quality and Research (DPQR) requires an advanced image analysis platform that can provide the reviewers and regulatory researchers to assess the impact of process parameters and material attributes on product quality attributes, such as content uniformity, microstructural deformation, and release profile. A cloud-based powerful image analysis platform can meet these requirements. DPQR has its own high performance computing (HPC) environment.
See Documentation for complete details.
The Government is in no way obligated to make an award, nor to pay any costs incurred by the Contractor in preparing and submitting its quote.
