INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Reading, Massachusetts invites bids for:
"FIRE ALARM TESTING, INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES CONTRACT" Contract No. 25-23
Sealed bids for the Fire Alarm testing, Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services contract for the Town of Reading, Massachusetts, will be received at the Town Hall, Town Clerk’s office, 16 Lowell Street, Reading, MA 01867.

on/after April 16, 2025 at 9 am.
All bids shall be submitted to the Reading Town Clerk’s Office prior to 1:00 P.M. on May 1, 2025 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The contract will be awarded under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 149 to the lowest cost responsible and responsive bidder offering the lowest total price for all three years of the contract.
The Town of Reading reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to award or not to award the contract for any reason the Town Manager determines to be in the Town's and/or the public's best interest.
Prevailing wage rates apply to this project and comply with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter. 149, §§ 26 - 27D.
