This solicitation is to obtain Granicus products for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange’s (MHBE) Marketing Portal. This solution shall provide the ability to MHBEs Marketing Department to perform ad hoc messaging on a pre-defined set of QHP consumer parameters, segment the consumers by multiple factors and then communicate with those consumers.
