Remove/replace Level 3 bullet resistant frame/glazing system, new millwork to meet ADA standards, new ceiling/lighting. Demo/install carpet, lighting, blinds, paint, electrical, doors. Bid documents available to prime bidders only by contacting Ann Sowers. Mandatory pre-bid mtg on 1/13/25 at 10:00AM (local time) in the Law Enforcement Center breezeway. On-time attendance & sign-in required. No remote attendance options. Parking is limited; allow extra time for foot travel to meeting point.
