Description
Westwinds Communities is planning to develop a 10-unit affordable housing project consisting of a single block of 5 three-storey townhouses in Okotoks. In addition to the building construction, the project scope will include site servicing, hard and soft landscaping, and related fencing. Westwinds Communities is asking interested General Contractors to submit a construction tender to commence work this summer, with the goal of completing the project before the end of 2026.
