Ruth Park Golf Course Driving Range Improvements

The project is an existing 8 acre +/-site located at 8211 Groby Road University City, MO 63132. The project consists of the restoration of an existing detention basin, regarding and mechanical rock picking at the existing driving range with dirt already on site. Adding soil amendments, storm sewers, irrigation, sod and a delegated design modular block retaining wall.

The project is anticipated to be awarded by mid-October 2026, be ready for sod by 3/31/27 and substantially complete by 5/27/27.
