RACW seeks proposals from qualified firms in support of the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) Program to provide services for the Liberty Tower Electric Panel Replacement Project No. PH 22-03 in California Borough. A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 17, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. on site at the Liberty Tower Highrise located at 520 Liberty Street, California, Pennsylvania 15419.
The deadline for submission of proposals is 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on August 27, 2026.
