Description
The Department of Juvenile Justice (hereinafter, the State Entity) is looking to provide an electronic system that supports the youth grievance process. The system would support twenty-five (25) facilities throughout the state of Georgia. This system must have the following capabilities:
-Youth directly file their grievance into the system
-Unique identifier for youth
-Tracking of grievance through the system
-Alerts/notification to user as to pending grievances, timelines, deficiencies, action taken, etc.
-Data compilation and reports (i.e.) Type of grievance, Timelines met/Compliance, # of grievances filed and by category
-Appeals
-Quality Assurance Reviews
