Solar at the Community Recreation Center and Virtual Net Metering Offtake
The City seeks proposals from qualified clean energy developers for a 20 year PPA to develop, own, and operate and maintain the CRC System at the New London Community Recreation Center Property. At the end of the PPA, the developer will be responsible for decommissioning the CRC System. The City will work with the winning Bidder to (1) enter into a binding Option Agreement; and (2) apply for a NRES incentive for the CRC System in the upcoming February/March 2026 bid window.
