The Town of Wethersfield is seeking Proposals for qualified Mechanical Contractors to provide construction services for the installation of M/E/P systems and associated structural work to accommodate a new chiller plant and a new heating ventilation and air conditioning system servicing the gymnasium. The project will also include demolition of the existing screen wall and concrete pad. Site work will accommodate a new retaining wall and masonry screen wall.
