Oak Bluffs Economic Development Council Five-year Action Plan

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Town of Oak Bluffs invites proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms acting through the Oak Bluffs Economic Development Council to prepare a practical, implementable five-year Economic Development Action Plan. The selected consultant will work with the Council, Town officials, local businesses, residents, workers, property owners, regional partners, and community organizations to identify priority actions that strengthen the Oak Bluffs economy year-round.

Each proposal shall be accompanied by a price proposal that shall be submitted in a separately sealed envelope within the proposal package and clearly marked with the Firm’s name and “OAK BLUFFS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL PLANNING” on the outside.

The right is reserved by the Town of Oak Bluffs to waive minor technicalities and reject or accept any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
