The placards shall have a removable label on side A (the rearview notch on the right side). The label must be pre-applied to a translucent carrier, which has been permanently adhered to the placard. Once the label has been removed, the months and expiration year must be clearly visible through the carrier stock.
Each removable label shall contain the placard number in a Code 39 Barcode format and the placard number will be printed under the barcode.
