The El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) is requesting proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide an online platform with cloud-based storage that would allow the Special Education Department to properly and accurately maintain records related to District students receiving services in special education, dyslexia, and Section 504. Records include but are not limited to services logs, testing scores, evaluation reports, and Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings.
The proposed solution shall provide a comprehensive electronic special education management system with an integrated School Health and Related Services (SHARS) Billing Management System that streamlines and integrates the workflow of data collection and document preparation for SHARS billing. It should also assist in ensuring that timely and accurate information is completed for all Medicaid billing.
