Governor's Residence Third Floor Window Repairs/Restoration

The project is the repair/restoration of (4) windows located at the third floor of the residence. Scope includes but is not limited to the following (Refer to 4.0 Referenced Attachments and 8.0 Specifications): 1. The existing (4) wood windows are to be fully restored per the Project Drawings and Specifications. 2. Exterior window casings and brick mold are to be painted. 3. Interior window casings and sills are to be painted where necessary. 4. Hazardous Material Remediation and Disposal. 5. The contractor will include in his bid, all items required to carry out the intent of the Work as described, shown and implied in the Contract Documents
