Conducting a market survey

Determining the level of industry interest
3.
Obtaining high-level cost estimates for budget purposes
4.
Obtaining information on potential new engineering practices or best approaches
5.
Assessing potential upgrade(s) to the existing fuel station
6.
Developing a project and milestone schedule
7.
Identifying potential piggybacking opportunities
8.
Determining needed regulatory permit(s) and scope requirements for the specified work location
