The City of Waterbury is seeking proposals from general contracting firms to provide construction services for the renovation of the Chase Building located at 236 Grand Street Waterbury, CT 06706. There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on March 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at the Chase Building located at 236 Grand Street, Waterbury, CT 06706. All prospective respondents are required to attend.
