Sign Retro-Reflectivity Study and Install/Upgrade Signs Projects

General work description:

The work in general consists of installing/upgrading signs with new fluorescent sheeting at various locations throughout Yuba County.

The estimated cost of the project is $3,198,405.00

Complete the work within 90 working days.

This project is State and locally funded.

No pre-bid meeting will be scheduled for this project.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cashier’s check, or bid bond, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to Yuba County Department of Public Works, as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening.

The County reserves the right after opening the bids to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid or bid submittal, and to award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, as it may best serve the interests of the County.
