Invitation for Bids
The Town of Truro is seeking sealed bids to install and furnish all labor, materials and equipment, and to
perform all operations required for the Corn Hill Beach Parking Lot Improvements.
Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town of Truro website at https://www.truro-ma.gov under bids and
proposals.
Any questions regarding the contract documents shall be submitted in writing no later than March 5, 2026, at 10:00
a.m. Requests for Information shall be emailed to: jcabral@truro-ma.gov .
Physical work shall not commence until after Labor Day of 2026, and after contractor’s receipt of a Notice to Proceed.
Bids will be received at the Truro Town Hall first floor Administration Offices, 24 Town Hall Road., P.O. Box
2030, Truro, MA 02666, on or before Friday March 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked “Corn Hill Beach Parking Lot Improvements.”
NOTE: One original and two (2) copies of each bid shall be submitted by mail or hand delivery. NO faxed
or emailed bids will be accepted.
The Town of Truro reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein,
and to award the contract as decided to be in the best interest of the Town to the extent permitted by Massachusetts
General Laws.
All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, and other
applicable laws. Prevailing wage rates apply.
The Town of Truro fully complies with federal, state, and local laws and directives governing equal opportunity,
