The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to Furnish and Labor to install new Absolyte Value Regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery cells, modular steel tray housings, Positive +/Negative – terminate plate, and Frame Retardant Transparent Module Cover (plexiglass) with standoff for one (1) Communication Node, on Fort Carson. The new battery cells shall be the same brand and equal in amp-hours and not refurbished or renewed. The contractor shall reconnect existing Alarm/control cable hardness on each battery cell and reinstall Ni-Cad Neutra Mat as defined in this PWS. Contractor shall dispose of old battery IAW Colorado and EPA guidelines. Please respond with capability statement specifying the lead and delivery time as well as installation time.
