Amendment 1 - Incorporates the Government's responses to all Requests for Information (RFIs) received before the deadline and extends the Quote Due Date. Please acknowledge the SF30 when submitting your quote by attaching a signed copy.

Please review the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ), Statement of Work (SOW), and Davis Bacon Act Wage Rates. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, storage and warranty for drainage renovations at the Woods Hole Laboratory in accordance with the Statement of Work.
