Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for:
Wells Elementary School Renovation
SCOPE OF WORK:
The project includes renovations to the existing Wells Elementary School campus. Work will consist of replacing kitchen equipment, chillers and pumps, rooftop units and exhaust fans, as well as upgrading exterior site lighting and directional signage. Student restrooms will be renovated with new fixtures and finishes, and carpet and luxury vinyl tile will be replaced throughout most of the building. Exterior improvements include replacement of approximately 90% of the existing roof, modifications to existing clerestory window pop-ups, and installation of metal panels at stucco rise walls.
