Supervision Services for a Case Management System

Project Description: The County of Montgomery, on behalf of Supervision Services, seeks a provider of a Case Management System (“CMS”), including software and support. The CMS is to be used for maintaining all case data for offenders/defendants monitored by Adult Probation (APO), Pretrial Services (PTS), Specialty Courts (SC), and DUI Administration. The CMS will provide a cloud-based, single, integrated database with separate APO, PTS, SC, and DUI modules/domains. The CMS shall support an unlimited number of cases per offender/defendant and shall be configurable to allow officers to add new custom fields.
