Request For Proposal
MEMS is requesting bid proposals from commercial fence contractors only. Fencing Contractor must be in good standing with AR BBB. This RFP is to obtain pricing for chain-link fence to be installed at MEMS NLR Hub located within the City of North Little Rock.
Contractor will be responsible for all phases of work project including, but not limited to, bringing in all needed supplies & equipment, fence installation, and removal of all post work debris. Contractor will be responsible to oversee all aspects of this project, as well as any post-work warranty or repair or service.
All work will be inspected, and acceptance issued prior to submission of invoice for payment. A copy of bid specifications is available by contacting Louis Moore, Purchasing Manager @ 501-301-1451, or by email @ lmoore@metroems.com . Please reference RFP 2025-102925.
Deadline for submitting a bid proposal is 2:00pm November 14th, 2025. Sealed Bids should be delivered to MEMS via, US Mail, common carrier or hand delivered. It is the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure bid submission has been received.
