REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 2025-10-25 MAKE-READY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - ALL TRADES
The Little Rock Housing Authority (LRHA) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified, licensed general contractors to provide comprehensive Make-Ready Construction Services across multiple LRHA-owned and affiliated properties.
The intent of this RFP is to engage a qualified contractor, across all construction trades, including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, painting, and general rehabilitation. to perform all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to prepare residential units for occupancy in accordance with HUD Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property requirements.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, outlining the scope of work, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and contractual terms, will be available beginning November 2, 2025, on the LRHA website at www.lrhousing.org . All proposals are due no later than November 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. CST by email to customerservice@mhapha.org
