Request For Proposals for a Roof Replacement at Richland Elementary & Maddux Elementary by West Memphis School District, October 23, 2025
Notice is hereby given that the West Memphis School District shall receive proposals for roof replacements at Maddox Elementary and Richland Elementary. The WMSD the district encourages businesses enterprises which are small, minority-owned, and/or owned by women to submit proposals regarding this project. Maddox Elementary School is located at 2100 East Barton Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301 and Richland Elementary is located at 1011 West Barton Avenue, West Memphis, AR, 72301. Proposals will be received at the Administration Office located at 301 South Avalon, West Memphis, AR 72301 until 2:00 p.m. CST on 12 November 2025, For more information, contact Scott Brewington, at sbrewington@wmsd.net .
All Bids must include a proposal with the content and in the format described within the RFP. Prospective bidders will be responsible for site verification.
The Board reserves the right to terminate this project prior to bids being received, to reject any and all proposals and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered.
