Orbis Cascade ACM Digital Library Subscription

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of ACM digital library subscription from Orbis Cascade Alliance as a sole source because of the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. OSU is a member of the Orbis Cascade Alliance who purchases access to library materials for its members. OSU Libraries purchases access to content from Orbis Cascade Alliance who coordinates agreement terms and renewal processes for the acquisition of content supplied by ACM. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to the Office of Procurement, Payment and Travel at procurement@oregonstate.edu by 02/17/2026 at 1:00 pm PST.
