10.0" - 10.25" x 8.0" - 8.25", with a depth between
1.00" - 1.25" deep. Tray must contain three
compartments, where one compartment must be
large enough to fit a 6.5" x 5" container horizontally
and vertically. Remaining two compartments
distributed in a way that promotes tray durability.
Tray shall not have a silverware section. Tray made
from one primary material such as molded fiber,
sugarcane, and other options. Preferred color of
natural, white, beige or gray. All colors will be
reviewed. Due to state and local regulations, must
not use polystyrene (Montgomery County Bill 33-20)
or PFAS (State Bill 273). Must not have a wax or
plastic coating. Meets FDA requirements for food
contact surface. Must ship in cardboard box. Prefer
100% compostable products. Prefer domestic
supply. Prefer manufacturer drop ship to the DFNS
warehouse.
