Springville 400 East Improvements

Project Description: The Springville 400 East Improvements Project involves upgrades to pedestrian access, drainage, and roadway infrastructure. Work includes installing an ADA-compliant ramp, removing fencing and pavement for new curb and gutter, closing an existing driveway, and constructing a new driveway approach per City standards. Storm drain sumps will be added, asphalt will be patched where disturbed, and a water line may be lopped if needed. The project will also require coordination with private utility companies for any necessary relocations.
