The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is seeking an engineering firm experienced with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-I) administration, survey, design, permitting and construction services for the Scotts Hill Water Main Extension Project. The project will consist of the installation of approximately 3,200 linear feet of 2-inch water lines, 3,800 linear feet of 8-inch water lines, and 7 fire hydrants.
