Description:

Rehabilitation/replacement of 2,230LF of rehabilitated gravity sewer lines and 19 manholes. The project is partially funded by Federal grant funds and the Contractor must comply with all applicable local and federal requirements in the bid documents, including Davis-Bacon and Section 3. Contractors must also comply with the requirements of the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, 41 USC 8301 note, and all applicable rules and notices, as may be amended.
