Project Description: HHH seeks a qualified provider (Contractor) to deliver Level-3 recovery housing placement and comprehensive supportive services to up to twenty-five (25) individuals annually who are exiting rehab, detox, or other substance use treatment programs and are committed to maintaining their sobriety. The Program is designed as a two-year pilot using a rolling admission model.
