Bid Description:
The Town of Springfield invites competitive proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms for design engineering support for a project to construct a subsurface stormwater infiltration system on Summer Hill Street. The project is funded in part by Federal Highway Administration (FHA) funds passed through the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) Municipal Assistance Section (MAS), and the Town of Springfield.
