140L3725R0003 Pre-Solicitation Notice: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Seed Warehouse System, intends to issue a solicitation for the Spring 25-1 Consolidated Seed Buy under SOLICITATION NUMBER 140L3725R0003. The seed requirement will be for various quantities and multiple varieties of seed to be delivered to multiple locations.
This procurement will be advertised as Full and Open Competition, not set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 113210 Forest Nurseries and Gathering of Forest Products, size standard is $20.5M.

TYPE OF CONTRACTS: The government expects to make awards on or before April 28, 2025. The Government will award multiple firm fixed price contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will be conducted under a Trade-off basis with Technical and Past Performance being more important than Price.
The solicitation documents including specifications and bid sheet will be issued on or about March 1, 2025 and will be posted on the SAM.gov website under the Solicitation number in the contract opportunities section. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents will not be available - all documents will be posted at the website for download.

Mark your calendars, A Pre-bid Teams meeting will be held March 19, 2025 at 1030 AM MT (Boise local time). Details will be provided in Solicitation Package.
