The City of New Haven’s Economic Development Department, Housing Administration and Development (HAD), is soliciting proposals from qualified State of Connecticut Licensed Lead/Asbestos/Radon Consultant Contractors to provide environmental hazard assessment and compliance services for federally and state-funded housing and public facility projects (HOME, CDBG, and other applicable programs).
