Solicitation Description:

Introduction. The PUCT is issuing an RFP for a Contractor to: (i) provide expertconsulting services to assist the Commission in the development of rulerequirements relating to wildfire mitigation plans filed by electriccooperative, electric utility, and municipally owned utilities (utilities) inaccordance with newly enacted Texas Utilities Code § 38.080; (ii) review and analyze wildfire mitigationplans filed by utilities in compliance with the adopted rules; and (iii)provide recommendations to the Commission for improvements in the wildfiremitigation plans.
