1.1 GENERALINFORMATION : The Texas StateUniversity System (“Owner”) on behalf of Texas State University (“Institution”) , are soliciting Statements of Qualifications(“Qualifications”) for selection of a Design/Build firm for the ALERRTCenter Improvements (“Project”),on the University’s ALERRT Center site located in San Marcos, Texas. This solicitation sets forth theterms, conditions, and requirements for prospective Design/Build firms to beconsidered for this work. (ProspectiveDesign/Build firms are hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”).
