1.1 GENERALINFORMATION : The Texas StateUniversity System (“Owner”) on behalf of Texas State University (“Institution”) , are soliciting Statements of Qualifications(“Qualifications”) for selection of a Design/Build firm for the ALERRTCenter Improvements (“Project”),on the University’s ALERRT Center site located in San Marcos, Texas.
