Owners Project Management Services for the Building Management System Upgrade
NFA seeks to engage with an owner’s project manager (OPM) to design and manage an upgrade to its building management system in select buildings on campus. The selected OPM should have the in-house ability to design and manage the said systems or the ability to procure and manage vendors to complete this project. The project includes assessing current systems, proposing a design for improvements and overseeing the installation of new digital controls in three different buildings.
