Sealed bids will be received in the form of an electronic copy until 2:00 p.m., April 7, 2026 for the construction of
the county project listed below.
Bids will be OPENED and read publicly at 2:00 p.m. on the above mentioned date at the Washington County North
Maintenance Shop, 11660 Myeron Road N, Stillwater, Minnesota, 55082.

Wage Rates:
Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours
Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.

5000.3400 to 5000.3600 is available upon request from the contracting agency.
It is hereby agreed between the parties that this agency will require affirmative action requirements be
