RFQ 175 Pest Elimination Services

Project Description: Atlantic Cape Community College is seeking qualified vendors to provide pest elimination services at all three campus locations: Mays Landing, Atlantic City, and Cape May Court House. Services will include monthly interior and exterior inspections, treatment as needed, and on-call emergency response at no additional cost. Work must adhere to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices and target general crawling and flying insects, rodents, and occasional invaders, excluding termites and other wood-destroying organisms.
The scope includes all campus buildings, with special attention to teaching and commercial kitchens. Vendors must provide documentation of services, maintain communication with College Facilities personnel, and follow all applicable licensing and insurance requirements.
This is a quote-level procurement with an anticipated annual value below the statutory bid threshold. The contract will be awarded for one year with the option to renew annually for up to two additional years.
