Description:

The Town is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced and qualified professional architectural and planning firms to complete the third phase which is the creation of a municipal services campus master plan for 4/10 South Eagleville Road and 303 Maple Road; these sites currently include Town Hall (Audrey Beck Municipal Building), the Mansfield Community Center and the Mansfield Senior Center. This plan would include programmatic needs, conceptual/architectural designs, and cost estimates for construction. Should desired capital improvements advance at these sites, this information would inform an anticipated bond referendum in November 2025. The Town is interested in receiving proposals from multi-discipline firms or joint ventures that can provide a comprehensive master plan. The selected firm is expected to have the capabilities for evaluating complex inter-relationships among programmatic spaces that support the Town’s operation and delivery of exceptional public service to the community.
