This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting

Office (NCO) 4, has a requirement for Brand Name or Equal SMR Maxi ear nose and throat exam chairs,

cabinets and accessories.

The equipment shall be provided to the Lebanon, located in Lebanon, PA. The full solicitation will be
