GSU - Grounds and Landscape (HLC, LRC, COL, & Center Parc)

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Grounds and Landscape Service for HLC - Hard Labor Creek, LRC - Language Research Center, College of Law and Center Parc Stadium to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.
This will be multiple year contract with one (1) year and four (4) options to renew. The Grounds and Landscape service will include turf maintenance, trash and debris removal, shrub and tree maintenance, mulching and pinestraw, ground cover, irrigation services (if applicable), annual seasonal color beds (if applicable) and pest control. The Awarded Supplier will provide labor, equipment, approved chemicals, and tools required to perform the work as described further in the attached documents of this eRFQ.
There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid / Site visit starting at the Language Research Center(LRC): 3401 Panthersville Road Decatur, GA 30034 on March 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM. We will move on to Center Parc Stadium - 755 Hank Aaron Drive S.E. Atlanta, GA 30303, after the LRC. We will finish off at the College of Law - 85 Park Place N.E. Atlanta, GA 30303.
NOTE: The Language Research Center (LRC) is a restricted and sensitive area requiring controlled access. The controlled access point consists of a single entry point along a narrow roadway. Vendors are requested to ensure that vehicles do not block or impede employees or other authorized personnel entering the facility. Vendors planning to attend the pre-bid meeting are strongly encouraged to arrive 15-30 mins prior to the scheduled start time to allow adequate time for entry into the facility. Late arrivals may experience delays in gaining access and may be subject to disqualification.
