NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

SOLICITATION NUMBER RFQ 1027-25-CG

The City of Casa Grande requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services as the CMAR for the City’s planned TREKELL RD RELIEF SEWER CONSTRUCTION PROJECT in the City of Casa Grande, Arizona.

Each response shall be per the SOQ instructions and scope of work package on file with the City Clerk at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122. Copies can be obtained by calling the City 'Clerk's Office (520) 421-8600 or downloading a complete packet at the 'City's website: www.casagrandeaz.gov.

All responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on May 21, 2025, to the City Clerk, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122. The responses will be evaluated in accordance with Section Five (5) of the SOQ.
