City of Pearson, USDA, CFDA # 10-760, Water System Improvements, Phase I

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Pearson, City Hall located at 89 Main Street South, Pearson, Georgia 31642 until Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 10:00am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly¿ opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Water System Improvements.
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 10:00am at City of Pearson City Hall, located at 89 Main Street South, Pearson, Georgia 31642. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $3,300,000.00. The Project has an expected duration of 540 days.
Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained from Statewide Engineering, Inc., 516 East Ashley Street, Douglas, Georgia 31533, 912-384-7723 for $200.00 per set for full printed specification and plans, or $50.00 for specifications and plans emailed in pdf format (non-refundable). Plans and Specifications are also on file (for view only) at the City of Pearson City Hall. All Bidders must receive a bid package from the Engineer to be considered certified. Bids from non-certified Bidders will not be considered.
