Removal, and replacement of designated sidewalks, sidewalk sections, curbing, and
curb ramps associated within the COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) area, as
defined by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Specifications and details can be found in
