This project consists of constructing new roadway facility inside the existing park property. This roadway will connect from existing parking lot to Indian Trail Road.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026, in the Town of Indian Trail at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079. Attendance at this meeting is required in order to bid on this project. The meeting will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.

Sealed bids must be received by the Town of Indian Trail Engineering Department at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 13th, 2026.

Each Bid must contain the following fully completed forms provided by the Town. The following shall be submitted for bid consideration:
