Description:

This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane Cleaning Services. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the Service Rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to perform RO Membrane Cleaning Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Salinas Valley State Prison (SVSP), located at 31625 Highway 101, Soledad, CA 93960.
