Construction of Panther Island Canals C & D

The Tarrant Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Proposals for the construction of the following Project:

PANTHER ISLAND CANALS C & D

Description of Work

1. Mass grading and excavation of the canals and outfall swale,
2. Drill shafts and bridge retaining walls for a bridge (by others),
3. A concrete lined canal with adjacent paseo and park,
4. Storm sewer improvements associated with the canal outfall, and
5. Utility improvements and relocation to support the canal development.

The Owner's Budget for the Project is $42,000,000. The Project is to be Substantially Complete and ready for operation on or before May 2028. The Project is to be complete and eligible for Final Payment 60 days after the date for Substantial Completion.
