Provide professional architectural and engineering design, for the Working Drawing and Construction Administration phases of the above project
All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.
The estimated cost of construction is approximately $14,700,000.
The estimated duration of this contract will be 3 years.
