Solicitation Description:
The Communications Engineering team of the Communications and Signaling (COSI) department seeks to solicit limited bids from qualified for warranty services for the Video Management System (VMS) Servers in the Electronic Security and Safety (ESS) program. The selected vendor will provide comprehensive warranty coverage for these critical systems for a period of one base year and 2 option years, ensuring their continuous operation and minimizing potential downtime. The warranty services will include but are not limited to next day replacement parts, next day onsite technician assistance and technical troubleshooting assistance (remote or onsite).
